Bally Entertainment was originally established in 1932 as a Pinball and Slot Machine manufacture under the name Bally Manufacturing. In the 1960's Bally bought Midway Manufacturing which produced the most popular video games of that time, Pac-man, Space Invaders, and Ms. Pac-man. Bought by Hilton Hotels Corporation in 1995, Bally Entertainment Corporation once owned the Bally's Las Vegas Hotel. This specimen stock certificate is an excellent representation of all that is Las Vegas.

Specimen stock certificates are certificates that were archived by printers and the company as perfect examples of the company’s stock issue. Specimen’s can be identified by their “specimen” stamp, stamped holes spelling “specimen”, or they are often issued with a serial number of a series of zeros. Often, they are also issued with no serial number at all. Specimens can also represent a design that was never issued.
