This Dover Downs Entertainment Inc. Specimen Stock Certificate was printed in 1996. The Dover Downs world of entertainment includes Dover International Speedway, Dover Downs horseracing and Dover Downs Hotel and Casino. The Dover Downs horse track and speedway opened its doors in 1969. The tracks added a casino in 1995 which was managed by Caesars World. This specimen stock certificate is in excellent condition.

Specimen stock certificates are certificates that were archived by printers and the company as perfect examples of the company’s stock issue. Specimen’s can be identified by their “specimen” stamp, stamped holes spelling “specimen”, or they are often issued with a serial number of a series of zeros.
