Description   This is a beautiful bronze Wall Street Bull sculpture is signed P. Chavalier 200/160. by Florida sculptor Pam Chavalier. It measures 16 1/4" from tail to horn, and weighs a good 15 pounds. This large and heavy bull will guard your desk well.  Very nice and unique piece. It is said that the Bull and Bear expressions were first explained in 1775 in the book “Every Man His Own Broker” by Thomas Mortimer.  At that time a Bull was someone that was long a stock and could be seen running up and down “Exchange Alley” (London’s version of Wall Street at the time) looking to get the best price.  A Bear was someone that was short a stock and was calmer, quietly waiting for the stock price to drop.
