Pennzoil was founded in Los Angeles California in 1913.  Pennzoil has been a long time sponsor of both Indy car and NASCAR racing.  Pennzoil sponsored cars have won 3 Indy 500's in their "Yellow Submarine " cars.  Pennzoil is now a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell. This is a beautifully colored Pennzoil convertible bond.  Issued in the early 1970’s, it was due in 1996.
