Formed in the early 1900s to create a route from Denver to Salt Lake City after Denver was bypassed by the Union Pacific Railroad.  The line has to go through Rollins Pass which was bypassed by the Moffat Tunnel.  Fantastic vignette featuring a steam trail through the tunnel.  Fantastic unissued share from the early 1900s.
