The U.S. Smelting Refining and Mining Company was formed in 1906 and mined ore in Midvale Utah.  The company was the parent company of the Utah Railway.   In 1972 the company changed it's name to UV Industries, inc.  The company was traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol UV.  Issued in the 60s -70s.  Great vignette of mining cars and processing plant.
