This rare trade ticket is for 15 shares of Bank of America stock for $36 1/2 each in April of 1941. The trade was by firm Davis, Skaggs & Co, Members of the San Francisco Stock Exchange and the San Francisco Curb Exchange as well as an associate member of the NYSE. The trade ticket has 4 stock transfer revenue stamps on the front.

The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange was founded in San Francisco in 1882 as the San Francisco Stock and Bond Exchange. In 1938 it absorbed the San Francisco Curb Exchange. In 1956 it merged with the Los Angeles Oil Exchange and became the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange. In 1973 it was once again renamed to The Pacific Stock Exchange.
