This booklet was produced in 1951 by the Department of Floor Procedure of the New York Stock Exchange. This 61 page booklet provides an explanation of the Rules and Practices of the NYSE at the time. It's a very thorough and detailed little book covering topics from Arbitrage to all the different types of Bids and Offers, Commissions, Floor Officials, Short Sales, Odd Lots, Specialists and so much more. This was a great little handbook provided to floor traders in the 50s.
