Rare hardcover member handbook from the famed Stock Exchange Luncheon Club. This handbook was for members and detailed the Club's By-Laws and it also contained a list of all members in 1968. Contains everything from membership requirements to outlawing gratuities to the staff. It also has a list of all previous Club Presidents. The list of members is a Who's Who list from the 1960s. These are very rare as they were only given to members.

In 1898 the Luncheon Club occupied the top two stories of 70 Broadway. Since 1903, it was located on the seventh floor of the NYSE on 11 Wall Street.
