This is a fantastic piece given out to members of Shearson American Express, Inc.. by the American Stock Exchange. The framed picture has an etching of the American Stock Exchange building and the text reads, "This is to Certify that A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Is a regular member organization of the American Stock Exchange, Inc. An institution which provides a securities market place where high standards of honor and integrity prevail and which promotes and maintain just and equitable principles of trade and business."

Great rare piece. Approximate age: 1980s. The frame measures approx 22.5" x 15.5". In it's original frame - Some light scuffing and nicks on the frame but in overall very good displayable condition. Some non-visable mending to the backing of the frame. Great piece.
