Chrysler LLC is the American automobile manufacturer founded in 1925. It was known as one of the "Big Three" American Auto Manufacturers. Chrysler has recently been under several different ownerships including DaimlerChrysler and Cerberus Capital Management. Chrysler was deeply affected by the downturn in the economy and filed for Chapter 11 in 2009. In 2014 Chrysler merged with Fiat.
