Silver Screen Partners IV formed a joint venture with The Walt Disney Company for the purpose of financing, producing and exploiting all feature-length theatrical motion pictures selected for production by Disney. This IPO offering kit includes a multi-page full color folder full of photos of famous actors such as Richard Dreyfus, Robin Williams, Danny DeVito, Tom Cruise, and Bette Midler. Inside includes a full-length IPO prospectus as well as stock subscription info. This kit was issued in 1988 and is in very good condition. Great collector's piece.
