Description

This rare piece is a framed lithograph produced by the American Bank Note Company. It certifies that E.F. Hutton & Co, Inc. is a member of the Midwest Stock Exchange. The Midwest Stock Exchange was originally known as the Chicago Stock Exchange until it merged with several other exchanges in 1949 to form the Midwest Stock Exchange.

It reads, "An organization of brokers, whose object is to establish and conduct a market for listed securities, where high standards of commercial honor and integrity are maintained and just and equitable principles of trade and business prevail."

This certificate comes in its original metal frame which measures 16.75" x 11.75"

E.F. Hutton Midwest Stock Exchange Membership Certificate
  • Rare lithograph printed by the American Bank Note Company.
  • Condition: The certificate is pristine. Comes in its original frame which has some scuffing / scratches. There is a very small ping in the top right hand corner in the glass. It's barely noticable so we did not even change the glass to leave everything original. Shows great!
  • Estimated age: 1980s.
