This rare piece was given out to members of E.F. Hutton by the New York Stock Exchange. The framed picture has an etching of the New York Stock Exchange building and the text reads, "An institution whose history dates back to 1792 and whose rules and regulations have been formulated for the purpose of maintaining high standards of honor among its members and for promoting and inculcating just and equitable principles of trade."

Features the printed signature of the Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange William M. Batten (1976 - 1984). Batten was also the CEO of J.C. Penney for 10 years.

E.F. Hutton & Co. was founded in 1904 by Edward Hutton. The Company became a house hold name in the 1970's and 1980s with the tag line "When E.F. Hutton talks, people listen" E.F. Hutton later merged with Shearson Lehman to become Shearson Lehman Hutton.
