This one-of-a-kind gift from Enron's CEO, Ken Lay, was given to Texas State Representative Paul Colbert in 1989 to commemorate The 100th Congress. Colbert served in the Texas House of Representative for 12 years.

The solid wood box features an etched metal plate of the first known photo of the U.S. Capitol. The box celebrates the Bicentennial of the U.S. Congress and the installation of The 100th Congress. It's personalized to the The Honorable Paul Colbert. The metal plate inside the box is a letter from Ken Lay. The letter explains the history of the earliest known photo of the United States Capitol.
