The New Jersey Short Line Railroad Company was founded in 1886.  The company was wholly owned by the New Jersey Junction Railroad and in 1914 was absorbed into the New Jersey Junction Railroad.  The company eventually came under the control of CSX and Norfolk Southern.  Unissued share from the early 1900s.
