This vintage coin comes from R.J. O'Brien & Associates (RJO), the oldest independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the U.S. They were found in 1914 in Chicago and were founding members of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

The coin features a bull on the front with the firm name, and "In O'Brien We Trust", the reverse features a bear and "E. Pluribus O'Brien" as well as their Chicago phone number. Great little piece!
