This plaque commemorates the 1998 issue of $150 million in notes from the USLife Corporation. The deal was managed by Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and Chase Securities, Inc. The plaque is in great condition and made of solid oak with a reflective engraved plate. The plaque measure 13" x 11".

Deal awards were generally limited to executive officers, analysts, investment bankers, and clients making their numbers few (usually less than 50). After the meltdown of 2008, due to budget constraints and fewer deals to be commemorated, fewer awards are being produced making these a great collectible piece of history.
