The biography of William Randolph Hearst, one of the worlds most powerful newspaper moguls. Hearst began publishing in 1887 with The San Francisco Examiner. He later acquired The New York Journal as well as several other newspapers and magazines. Hearst was elected to the House of Representatives twice and even ran for President and Mayor of New York. His life story is the inspiration of Orson Welles's film Citizen Kane. Fascinating read.
