This rare trade ticket was issued in 1937 as a sale of 50 shares of Contl Gas & Elec PFD to F M Brown & Co. Jackson & Curtis was founded in 1879 in Boston and were members of the Boston Stock Exchange and later acquired a seat on the New York Stock Exchange. Jackson & Curtis merged with Paine Webber in 1942 to become Paine Webber Jackson & Curtis. The ticket has 3 State of New York Transfer Stamps on the back.
