Brascan Limited traces it's history back to 1899 with the founding of the Sao Paulo Tramway, Light and Power Company.  Eventually this company became part of the Brazilian Traction, light and power Company.   Brascan is a combination of Brasil and Canada.  Eventually the company became part of Brookfield Asset Management.  Issued 1960s - 70s
