The New Brighton and Onondaga Valley Railroad was a horse drawn trolley line in Syracuse New York that was founded in 1869.  The company merged with the Syracuse Consolidated Street Railway in 1890.  Unissued share from the 1800s.  Features a resting dog on the left and sailing ships on the right.
