Chicago Board of Trade Membership Application (1880s)

Own a rare piece of Chicago’s financial history: an unissued 1880s Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) Membership Application Form. This form was used by prospective CBOT members. It would have been directed to CBOT secretary George F. Stone who held the postion for 28 years.

This membership applicaton required prospective members to provide multiple current members to vouch for their character and reputation. Rare piece of CBOT history.
