This vintage Dow Jones / Wall Street Journal Ticker Tape Clipboard was originally used with the Dow Jones Ticker Tape Machines. These clipboards have become increasingly difficult to find. Brokers would use these to hold the ticker tape from the machine. These were known as the "broad" tape machines as their ticker tape was 5" wide. The ticker tape machine would have a hook on the side of it where these clipboard would hang. These Dow Jones clipboards also ranged in size. This one would be known as a long board measuring almost 22" long.

These clipboards display great and are easy to hang on the wall for display. The clipboard is meant to hang with a circular hole on the back of the brass clip.
