This Federated Street and Pleasant Valley Passenger Railway Company Stock Certificate was issued in 1890 and is hand-signed by the company president. Nice vignette of 3 horses. Chartered in 1868 to build a trolley line in Pittsburgh which was later consolidated with the People's Park Passenger Railway Company and the Observatory Hill Passenger Railway Company in 1889.
