The Fort Wayne and Jackson Railroad was incorporated in 1880 and owned about 97 miles of track between Jackson Michigan and Fort Wayne Indiana. The company leased it's land to the New York Central in 1882 in perpetuity. Issued in the 1940s. Hand signed.
