The Hale and Norcross mining Company was in Virginia City, Nevada and was part of the Comstock Lode. The site was originally discovered in 1859. Mark Twain writes about his experience with Hale and Norcross Mining Company stock in his "My Autobiography" by Mark Twain in a 1907 issue of the North American Review. He was an investor in the company.

Issued in 1907. Hand-signed by the company president and secretary. Nice vignette of miners working. Incorporated Dec 27, 1898.
