Description

Clearance item. Poor condition. Priced accordingly. No returns.

This scarce 1st Edition was published in 1910 by the Chairman Jos. L. King and was printed by The Stanley-Taylor Company. History of the San Francisco Stock Exchange was produced by the Chairman of the San Francisco Stock Exchange after all their records were destroyed in the great San Francisco Fire in April, 1906. This was his effort to preserve the historical facts that would have been lost to posterity. The San Francisco Fire of 1906 killed over 3000 people and destroyed 80% of San Francisco.

Too many historically significant events, insights, subjects and people to list. Illustrated with fantastic bull, bear and ticker tape machine chapter headings.

Simply a must for any stock market history buff. Rough cut pages and double folded pages give a really great and vintage look.
