This warrant was issued in the 1910s - 1920s and is signed by County Auditor G. German out of Winnemucca, Nevada which is a primarily a mining town in Nevada. Humboldt County is the oldest county in Nevada, created by the Utah Territorial Legislature in 1856. Winnemucca became the county seat in 1873 because it was on the Transcontinental Railroad. Features a water mill with a passing miner on the left.
