LTV Electrosystems inc. began as Ling Electric Company in 1947.  The company changed its name to Ling-Temco-Vought and later to LTV Electrosystems.  The company was a conglomerate that ran into antitrust issues in 1971.  After a 1986 bankruptcy the remaining portion of the company became LTV Steel and again filed for bankruptcy in 2000.  It's assets were purchased by Wilbur Ross and merged into International Steel.  LTV also held an aerospace division that later became Lockheed Martin.  Issued 1960s - 70s.
