This Mammoth Mart stock certificate was issued in 1964 and features the Marty the elephant mascot. Mammoth Mart was a discount chain in the Northeast and New England area founded by Max Coffman in 1956. They eventually filed for bankruptcy and were purchased by King's Department stores in 1978.
