This National Linen Service corp stock certificate was issued in 1966. Their history dates back to 1919 as the Atlanta Linen Supply Company founded by Athans Spilotopoulos, an immigrant from Greece. In 1928 they changed the name to the National Linen Service Corp and their stock began trading OTC. They expanded throughout the U.S. They changed their name to the National Service Industries in the 1960s. By the early 1990s they were doing almost $2 billion annually.
