National Sweepstakes Corp. was formed in 1959 that sold frozen food and freezers as Food Dividend Corp of America. The company tried many different ventures including mining and frozen lobster distribution. In 1967 the company changed focus and issued new shares in an attempt create a state lottery in Arizona. The company was contracted to introduce and promote an Arizona Lottery law which they would then administer for 30% of the profit. The plan failed when they were unable to get the proposed law on the ballot in AZ. In 1968 the SEC issued a warning to Broker Dealers that promoting trading in this stock may violate the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Issued 1960s. Incorporated in Utah.
