In 1899 O'Sullivan patented the rubber heel for shoes and the O'Sullivan Rubber Company was formed.  In 1956 the company started to manufacture vinyl for automobile dashboards.  The company changed it's name to O'Sullivan Corp. and today it primarily produces automobile parts.  This Stock Certificate was issued in the 1960s, hand signed, with eagle vignette.
