The Ohio Valley Railway was founded in 1871 and was taken merged into the Pittsburgh, Ohio Valley and Cincinnati Railroad in 1890.  The company eventually became part of the Pennsylvania Railroad.  Unissued share from the 1880s.  Vignette features steam train at the depot on the top right and men working in a mine or tunnel on the bottom.
