This Resource Mortgage Capital specimen stock certificate was printed in 1994. Resource Mortgage Capital is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that primarily packaged and sold residential mortgage securities.

Specimen stock certificates are certificates that were archived by printers and the company as perfect examples of the company’s stock issue.
