Sinclair Venezuelan Oil Company was a subsidiary of Sinclair Oil made famous by their Green Dinosaur logo.  Sinclair began oil exploration and drilling in Venezuela in the 1930's and discovered the Santa Barbara oil field.   Venezuela began to nationalize it's energy production in 1971 and completed it in 1976 leaving public companies like Sinclair Venezuelan with nothing.  Issued in the 1960s.  Incorporated 1922.
