The Syracuse Rapid Transit Railway Company was formed in 1896 to consolidate the People's Railroad, Syracuse Street Railroad and the Syracuse Consolidated Street Railway Companies.  The company was merged with the New York State Railways, an affiliate of the New York Central Railroad in 1912.  Unissued 100 Preferred shares from the 1890s.  Vignette features a nice scene with a cable car.
