This rare Terriokla Oil & Gas Company stock certificate was issued in 1921 and is hand-signed by the company president. Terriokla was based out of Muskogee, Oklahoma and founded in 1921. Muskogee is a city in Oklahoma founded by the Muscogee Creek Nation after they were relocated there from Macon, Georgia following the Trail of Tears. Muskogee began as Indian Territory in Oklahoma. This stock certificate was issued during the Oklahoma Oil boom.
