They were sold to Harry Figgle Jr in 1963 and he listed as President on this certificate. They made sprinkler systems for buildings and warehouses. Figgle expanded into hydraulic equipment, fluid controls and electronic instrumentation. They changed their name to A-T-O Inc. in 1969 revenue reached $769 million by 1981 when he renamed the company Figgie International. They were a Fortune 500 Company.
