The Bay Ridge Company was founded in 1886 to create the Bay Ridge and Annapolis Railroad. The short line railroad was just 4.5 miles long. for most of it's existence it was controlled by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O) and it shut down in 1904. Unissued share from the 1800s.
