This Duquesne Traction Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania stock certificate was issued in 1898 and is hand signed by the company president. Founded in 1892, they ran a 33 mile electric line in Pittsburgh with 82 motor cards. They were taken over by the Consolidated Traction Company in 1898.
