This early Hotel Gibson Corporation stock certificate is un-issued. The Gibson House opened in 1849 in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was located on Walnut St between Fourth and Fifth street. The original Gibson House was destroyed in a fire in 1912 and was redeveloped as the Sheraton-Gibson hotel. JFK stayed there in 1960. The hotel was torn down in the 1970s for a new hotel.
