This New York and Greenwood Lake Railway Company Stock Certificate is unissued and from the 1800s.  The railway operated a line between Croxton, Jersey City, and Greenwood Lake, NY.  They are now known as Norfolk Southern.  The company was founded in 1867 as the Montclair Railway which later became the Montclair and Greenwood Lake Railway,  In 1878 they were reorganized as the New York and Greenwood Lake Railway under the Control of the Erie Railroad.
