The Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, and St. Louis Railroad was formed in 1890. The railroad started in Pittsburgh threw West Virgina and west to Ohio then north to Chicago and south to East St. Louis IL. The system was part of the Pennsylvania Railroad. This Pittsburgh Cincinnati Chicago and St. Louis Railroad Company Stock Certificate was issued in 1918. It’s vignette features a powerful locomotive. Hand signed.
