This The Toledo and Ohio Central Railway Company was un-issued but signed by the company president in the 1800s. Dates back to 1869 when the Atlantic & Lake Erie Railway built a line from Toledo to Pomeroy. Their name changed to the Ohio Central Railway in 1876 and would become the Toledo and Ohio Central Railway in 1885. They were purchased by the Hocking Valley Railway in 1899.
