This Toledo, St. Louis and Western Railroad Co $5000 Gold Bond was un-issued from 1900. Backed by Chicago meatpacker, Phillip Armour, it was formed to reorganize the Clover Leaf to become more efficient and fit with the Nickel Plate and would eventually become part of the Nickel Plate in 1922.
