This rare Triumvate Mining Company Stock Certificate was issued to and signed by company secretary Jesse H. Jones and signed by president Henry M. Swift. It is certificate #17 and was issued for 1000 shares in 1921.

Triumvate Mining was incorporated in 1920 in Redding, California. They owned the Woodrow Wilson Mine southwest of Ingot, California in the North Crow Mining District. They owned six claims of approx 120 acres adjoining the Afterthought Copper Company. Two veins of copper were developed known as the Homestead and Woodrow Wilson lodes. The ore was different than other mines in the area that it carried high values of lead.
