This Utica & Mohawk Valley Railway Company Stock Certificate is un-issued from the very early 1900s. Incorporated in 1874 in New York to operated about a 3 mile track from Genessee Park to Utica Park. They merged with the Utica Belt Line Street Railroad in 1901 to become the Utica and Mohawk Valley Railway Company.
