The Valley Railway Company was founded in 1871 in the state of Ohio.  It was a short line railroad that operated between Cleveland and Zoarville.  In 1890 the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O) took controlling interest and in 1895 is went bankrupt and was reorganized into the Cleveland, Terminal and Valley Railway.  This company was then merged with the B&O again in 1915.  Issued in 1874.  Vignette of a steam train traveling through a tunnel with a town in the background.  Hand signed.
